   5.5     Updating the appraisal system to assess the performance of consultants and contractors

   5.7     Reviewing DBDC contractor payment app;ication procedures to facilitate payment approval system

   5.8     Reviewing DBDC work pattern to enforce a better control over procedural matters

   5.9     Assist the Catholic Board of Education in the taking over of SIP schools

   5.10   Assist Parishes in the defects rectification works within the Defect Liability Period (DLP)

   5.11   Assist Parishes to set up a Maintenance team to take over the maintenance work after the expiry of DLP

   6.1     The interior design of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Wanchai, was awarded a "Mention" by the Asia-Pacific Space Designer Association

   6.2     The interior design of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Wanchai, was awarded a lighting design prize

   6.3     Awaiting the result of our submission (to be announced in Sept 2003) of The Cathedral Renovation Project to the United Nations Educational Scientific and Culture Organization for the "UNESCO ASIA-PACIFIC HERITAGE AWARDS ─ For Culture Heritage Conservation"
