Gynostemma Tea

Last update: May 20, 1996

Gynostemma grows in the special environment of mountainous regions. It spreads between the altitudes of 600 and 2,500 meters. Gynostemma Tea is a natural and healthy tea. It contains not only the same types of saponin as Korean Ginseng, but also amino acids, vitamins, organic acids and trace elements, which are all essential to the human body. That's why it is known as "The Southern Ginseng".

Gynostemma has remarkable effects in alleviating the problems of high blood pressure, asthma, rheumatism, high cholesterol, obesity, insomnia, gastric ulcer, diabetes, liver diseases, athlete's foot, stomatitis, acne, constipation, menstrual cramps, age spots, grey hair, headache and rough skin.

Before China was open to foreign trade, Gynostemma Tea was available only to high officials in the Chinese government.

The Japanese have also learnt to enjoy the health benefits of Gynostemma Tea. They call it Amachazuru.

Gynostemma contains more than 50 saponins. 4 of them are the same as those found in Korean Ginseng.

Testimonial

A 76-year-old retired nurse had laryngitis for two months. Her vocal cord was so infected that she could not speak. After taking Gynostemma Tea for the first time, she was pleasantly surprised to find that her voice recovered. She was so happy that she told all her friends about it and they also started taking Gynostemma Tea.
