MacChooser is Asia's only English
language Macintosh magazine. It has been published for five years by
MacChooser Asia Pacific Limited, a subsiduary of Agapé Christoe
Innovative Solutions, a Hong Kong company. Is was recently incorporated
into a new publication, "PC Interface Chooser" published by the same company.
At HK MacWorld, in November 1993, MacChooser was relauched, with more pages, higher quality production and a bi-monthly rather than quarterly schedule. It also had a full time editor, Paul Kelly, for the first and only time in its history. From Spring 1994 to Spring 1995, while Paul was editor, I was 'Online Correspondent' for MacChooser, and contributed at least column or article for each issue.
With two exceptions these articles covered aspects of online computing.
Many of them are different from how they appeared in print, as those printed had
the benefit of Paul's editing. I have not updated them to match the printed
versions, or the rapidly changing online world, but have rather uploaded them
as they they were originally written, adding some notes to update the articles
where appropriate. I have not included any screenshots, as they would take up
a lot of space online while adding little to the articles.
