Pals over the Net

These are my friends who have not only written me emails, but who have their own home pages. Most are kids just like me, but there are B I G kids too:

Megan and Douglas Petry from Louisville, Kentucky, USA
- Megan and Douglas were among the earliest kids in cyberspace with a home page. I had my first-ever face painting after I saw their face-painting shot on their home page, but now I've lost track of it. If anyone finds this picture on their home page again, let me know.

Alan Gregory from Bristol, UK
- Alan is 4 and draws very well. He draws much better than I do and has many many pictures to show. I almost gave him an ice cream treat in Hong Kong last time he visited China.

Shantelle and Windol Santos from Los Banos, the Philippines (and now at La Trobe University, Victoria, Australia)
- My nannie Nenita is also from the Philippines so I know the place already. My cousin Ming Ka has been to Melbourne, Victoria, Australia so I know the place too. Shantelle and Windol will be going back to the Philippines anytime now and I can then visit their new home page in the Philippines.

"I'm Two! I'm Terrible!" Elizabeth Bachrach from Springfield, Virginia, USA
- Well, I'm now beyond that stage, I hope, though Mom says I still give her new troubles from time to time and may rename my home page to "I'm Trouble!" home page. Elizabeth is one of my few friends who are younger than I.

Marie Claude from Montreal, Quebec, Canada
- Marie's home page must be very popular. I'm always getting a BUSY signal when I try to get on.

Astrid Martland from Jersey, UK
- Go visit this home page with stunning yellow background (my favorite colour is blue though) and big zoom-in special effects. Take a look at her first drawing which is remarkably similar to mine.

Leo Vahey from Chelmsford, Massachusetts, USA
- Leo is a fan of Thomas the Tank Engine. He puts a link to my Thomas Home Page on his home page, together with many other interesting links. Thanks Leo, my Thomas pages are now the most frequently visited pages other than my front page!

Lara-Elaine Koch from New Jersey, USA
- Lara is 14 now, loves to write and is an expert on TV shows that I have yet to learn to love watching ...

Skyler Jade from Washington, USA
- Skyler was in Iowa and saw Disney's Pocahontas the movie at Iowa's premiere in the town Pocahontas, Iowa (pop. 10K)! Her wonderful grandma Tami, who manages the Internet edition of the Sioux City Journal in Iowa, puts on Skyler's home page for her, just like Mom puts on mine.

Mead Valley Elementary School, Perris, California, USA
- I have been exchanging some wonderful email (and souvenirs by snailmail too!) with the 5th Grade kids for months, and then we decided to build a home page for the class to debut at their school's Open House day on 7 May, 1996.

Now, which one is who? Take a guess!
