Photographs

Photographs should be clear and sharp, and the larger the better. It is very difficult to produce a good painting from a photograph smaller than the size of 3R(3"x5"). It is important for the artist to know the colour of the subjects, as this is not always clear from some photographs, and you should include this information with your order. All photographs will be returned with your completed painting.

Payment terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Money order or by direct credit trasfer to our bank account. Cheques or money orders should be made payable to " Top Excel Holdings Ltd.". Please contact us for further infromation if you wish to pay by bank transfer.

Delivery

Portraits normally take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on the artists workload. Additional costs are involved for paintings which are dispatched framed. Free charges of delivery for paintings which are dispatched unframed, rolled in postal tubes. Please include your full postal and e-mail address with your order. We will advise you by e-mail when your painting has been completed .

The above prices are for painings on a plain background. Additional costs will be involved if you require a detailed background to be painted or your portrait requires intricate details to be painted such as a uniform, wedding dress or floral arrangement. If you wish to commission this type of portrait please send a copy of your photograph by e-mail or post for a quotation.

Additional figures can be painted at an additional 35% per figure of the basic one figure painting price. There is no additional charge for customising your painting. e.g. changing the colour of hair or clothing, removing glasses etc.
